It’s this time of the year again,
another silly sketchbook walkthrough. This time, it took me quite a while to finish it, and in the video, I’m taking the first couple of minutes to talk about how the balance between commercial work, personal work, writing, and play comes in waves. Oscillating between being a dad and a photographer.
These sketchbooks help me tremendously to focus and gather new ideas. And it’s a way to archive and preserve my thoughts outside the ever-present glowing rectangles. Plus: it’s really lovely to see the collection growing, albeit slowly, but constantly.
