Often met with underpayment or that your effort or time is not appreciated. And of course, you almost immediately stop working with such people.
My friend worked with a clothing brand. She planned the whole shooting, invited her friends as models and then, the creator of the brand told her that it was not her idea, but hers and paid much less. And the models didn't get paid anything either.
And there are many such stories.
I used to just not get an answer. People just seem to disappear.
Just delete them too. If you don't have time to say something simple, like "thank you for working with us, but you are not the right fit for us." then what the hell is working with such people.
But, after this kind of experience, you really appreciate the teams where there is a good attitude. And the best thing is to create such an environment around yourself, a team.
