Hi Ramon, nice to see this breakdown of your lighting approach. Working as a DOP now I am rarely able to work out lighting concepts for single frames and setups and always have to weigh off many things to find common grounds to be time and budget efficient. I think its nice to see more and more photographers switching to continuous light, I think its almost always the best and most beautiful.
Hi Ramon, thanks for this kind of contents. It's always difficult (at least for me) to find photographers who talks about bts and share their expertise like you're doing. I find this extremely helpful and inspiring. Best, Teresa
Thank you for sharing. Genuinely refreshing to see real world setups for commercial work expressed so openly and generously. I've recently poured through your substack - you've been so kind in exhibiting on various topics in such a light, accessible manner. It's wonderful.
Hi Ramon. Thank you for sharing your experience! A real pleasure to read you at each post. Very interesting approach to describe the bts of our job! Very inspiring and good feelings! Thank's a lot from France. Best, Gaël.
This is really a very interesting and helpful format, especially because you're showing something more complex in the build than you see in all the "Cinematic Light" YT clips.
I finally able to see your first episode. And I really like the format. And I enjoyed the way of your presentation, as it was not overdone or high polished and really down to the essentials. And the way you marked everything in PS and DaVinci really reminded me, of how I work and give feedback to colleagues. The idea of taking a quick shot Iphone video and commenting in DaVinci, is hilarious in a very, very positive way! Waiting for the next one!

Hi Ramon, thanks a lot for sharing! I really appreciate your openness!
I have seen that you worked with CRLS. I guess you had a reason not to use a reflector for outside? Grüße! Max
