JANUARY 2025

Month in review: Studio solitude, editorial assignments and celebrations

Dear friends,

I can’t believe it’s already the sixth month of doing these little personal reviews, these glimpses into my diary and peeks behind the scenes.

For me, publishing on Substack was always more than just an extension of my work, more than a simple newsletter of recent events and assignments. It is much more a playground, a personal log and notebook, and a great way to connect with other like-minded individuals.

I’m more than happy for every one of you who is subscribing and commenting. It means a lot to me.

This month, I got interested in a more audio-visual approach for these monthly reviews. Instead of simply documenting my days, I wanted to give it more creative freedom and snippets of narration. Doing these little videos gives me the perfect excuse to perceive my daily life differently and more artistically, taking notes deliberately and noticing the tiny things surrounding me even more.

Editing these at the end of each month is so much fun.

On to the next one!
Ramon
